Epoxy floor grinder has the high motor rotation rate (1440rpm), 4kw
motor, grinding width 400. The grinding plate is directly connected
to the motor, so it can work effectively and continuously for many
hours. It is called '' concrete killer''.
The overload protect elements-rely and breaker, are all Schneider.
In the electrical box, there are the fuses; The wire connections
insides the electrical box are made and fixed by professional
manufacturer (not by Honway factory). All these are for electrical
safety and avoid the leakage and phrase protection.
Single head floor grinder, with 5.5hp motor
HW-G2 is a single head grinder with the high motor rate, for 380v,
three phrase; It is usually used for coarse grinding instead of the
gear or belt driven floor grinding machines, as th latter is too
heavy for it sometimes; in case that the gear or belt driven floor
grinder is hit by the rebar underneath the floor,(which happens
very often), HW-G2 is good choice for it; even it is hit, the
maintenance is much easier than the big floor grinding machine;
it is a perfect floor preparation machine for removing floor
coverings, floor coatings, trowel marks and faults in the concrete
floor; it can be folded which is convenient for transportation and
storage;
